4.0 out of 5 stars Good album
I like all BOAD albums and this is the one I like the most. It feels to me like a combination of their own style with A Day To Remember, the songs have a lot of emotion and the singer its better than the other one in my opinion. I think this album disappointed cause its just too short, it feels like an ep, practically it has only 9 songs and it needed more variety cause...

3.0 out of 5 stars 3.5 would be more right.
Burden of a Day is a great band.
Oneonethousand is a good album.
Oneonethousand just was too short for my liking.
It left me wanting more.
The songs are great but idk theres just something about it
that i cant rate it higher.
Kyles vocals are great but the rest just seems average.

5.0 out of 5 stars Different sound but still great album, September 30, 2009

The switch from main lead to the drummer singing has thrown off many (follows Destroy the Runner's path). I really don't mind, becuase to me BOAD was always about those amazing riffs plus the great rhythm they always put in that makes them so unique. Also the vocals actually have a broader range and thus you really hear more emotion when the lead goes falsetto. This is definitely their best album as of yet, and they really made an album worth your purchase. I would rate these guys on the same level as As I Lay Dying, Haste The Day, Demon Hunter and other great christian hard metal bands, while being better then UnderOath. This is a great album honestly that only adds to what is Burden of A Day. Definite purchase.

BOAD's an awesome band. But with this album, they did the same thing that Destroy the Runner did. They made a background vocalist the lead singer. All most allof the songs were very weak, compared to their past albums. There's only one song that I really liked, so just dl one of them from this album.
