I've found Wet Ones to be the best of the moist towelettes -- large, thick, soft.

I especially like the canister dispenser, as it is the only one I've found that keeps the towelettes nice and moist so you can keep canisters in convenient, low-useage locations. Even after months in the glove box of a hot pickup, towelettes remain nice and fresh and moist/wet. The dispensers of all other brands allow them to dry out after a short period if not used up rapidly.
