My husband and I saw these shoes on ABC's Sharktank, and I thought they were an awesome idea. I ordered one soul and 4 tops, including a "strappies" top. I bought two pair of these shoes; the heels came with three tops; the flats came with two tops and I bought one top separately. I do not feel comfortable walking in the flip flops or heels and asked if they could be returned. They responded the next day that they could be returned for a credit only. The shoes are extremely comfortable and versatile, and the customer service has been wonderful in my experience.

I bought two pair of these shoes; the heels came with three tops; the flats came with two tops and I bought one top separately. I do not feel comfortable walking in the flip flops or heels and asked if they could be returned. They responded the next day that they could be returned for a credit only. I then asked if the tops could be returned also that came with the heels. I was going to exchange for the sling back tops which have a strap. Their policy is you have 14 days in which to return. When I didn't hear from them I wrote again asking if they were trying to run the clock down. I received a reply saying that they that already responded. I wrote back again including the same email that I included previously proving that I asked the second question and did not have a reply. My 14 days have passed and I still have not received a reply. If you order from them BEWARE - there are no refunds. Just about everyone accepts refunds. Some may charge a restocking fee but they will give you a refund. There's nothing else they sell that I would use the credit on. I wasted over $160. :(
