Onesole -- "The Original Interchangeable Shoe" -- is known for its comfort and versatility. It is a lightweight shoe with a self conforming EVA soft step insole. The tops can be changed quickly and easily with a couple of snaps. The tops are made of neoprene that conforms to the foot and is super comfortable with many prints available. The Casual is a corky looking sole. Very similar in shape and height to the Elegance, and is a summer classic. This Casual Shoe comes with a pair of standard black comfie tops, as well as, the two interchangeable tops shown. Additional sets of tops can also be purchased separately to add to your collection. Made in the USA.

My husband and I saw these shoes on ABC's Sharktank, and I thought they were an awesome idea. I ordered one soul and 4 tops, including a "strappies" top. One of the straps broke (probably my fault) and I called the company and they shipped a new strap with overnight delivery free of charge. The shoes are extremely comfortable and versatile, and the customer service has been wonderful in my experience.

I bought two pair of these shoes; the heels came with three tops; the flats came with two tops and I bought one top separately. I do not feel comfortable walking in the flip flops or heels and asked if they could be returned. They responded the next day that they could be returned for a credit only. I then asked if the tops could be returned also that came with the heels. I was going to exchange for the sling back tops which have a strap. Their policy is you have 14 days in which to return. When I didn't hear from them I wrote again asking if they were trying to run the clock down. I received a reply saying that they that already responded. I wrote back again including the same email that I included previously proving that I asked the second question and did not have a reply. My 14 days have passed and I still have not received a reply. If you order from them BEWARE - there are no refunds. Just about everyone accepts refunds. Some may charge a restocking fee but they will give you a refund. There's nothing else they sell that I would use the credit on. I wasted over $160. :(
