The battery was good, the cover was broken, had to use scotch tape to hold it together until a replacement cover was sent. Customer service was good, the only thing I thought was ridiculous was sending the cover registered from China, so I had to go through hoops to get to the Post Office.

The Blackberry Bold 9900 is a great phone with one major problem- POOR BATTERY LIFE. And it gets worse as the months go by. This product will change all of that- it WORKS! Despite it making your phone much thicker, it's a small price to pay for the amazing battery life. You can leave your phone on all day and night without charging, and with normal usage you will hardly see it drop in battery life.

I am a power user on my blackberry 9900. I use it for work and need it all day as it is a very important tool for me. that and the fact that i can not live without it. haa haa. anyhow- my only gripe with the phone is the battery life. i would get about 75% thru my day and would need to plug it in to charge. I purchased another extended battery that was cheaper/ however it needed to be reflashed with my oem battery everytime the phone would restart. it became a total pain. So i picked up the onite. Its amazing how long it lasts, and to boot it doesnt need to be flashed everytime. i highly recomend this battery. its not as big and bulky as one would expect.

Waste of time!

No difference
