About the Author
Susan Deane has been teaching and developing online courses for five years in the areas of nursing, biological sciences, and health-related courses for colleges and universities across the country. As a Registered Nurse, she obtained her nursing diploma from a hospital based program and found it very difficult to obtain her bachelor's degree due to family and job commitments. She obtained her bachelor's degree in nursing from a distance education program and later obtained her master's degree in nursing from a "traditional" college program. Susan believes that online education can give many people the opportunity to obtain their professional and personal goals that would not otherwise be possible. This book is a product of her dedication to help those achieve their educational goals.
