4.0 out of 5 stars better than the 1st edition, February 12, 2009
This review is from: Online Journalism: Principles and Practices of News for the Web (Paperback)
I used the first edition in teaching an online journalism class -- and had to use supplementary material. I have switched to this second edition this semester and find it a much better book (not that the 1st one was bad). It has more about multimedia, rss, social media, etc

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Online Journalism: Principles and Practices of News for the Web (Paperback)
Didn't read too much of it, but it seemed okay. Inside, all the pages are black-and-white, which made the fancy graphics kind of worthless. The writing style was good, but the content was pretty basic. The class didn't use it that much either.
