About the Author

Heather Shea is the former Executive Vice President of marketing and product development for Learn2.com and President of Tom Peters' training and consulting firm. Today she is managing strategic global accounts for Wilson Learning Worldwide as they take on the challenges and opportunities of e-learning internationally. A member of the Washington Speakers Board, Heather was selected by Leading Authorities as "One of the World's Top Fifty Speakers." John Fogarty is a published novelist, columnist, seasoned e-learning writer and former stand-up comedian. Fogarty is also certified in Human Performance Technology's Accomplishment-Based Curriculum Design by the Moore Institute. He has written extensively on the opportunities of the new economy and technology.
