5.0 out of 5 stars Very Useful April 27, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Being an absolute newbie at online survey construction, I found this book to be extremely valuable. Its logical progression carried me through to create a well written and designed survey. Although the book uses a particular online survey software provider as an example throughout, (I had my own survey provider in mind) this did not hinder my learning at all. I found Chapter 6; developing questions, Chapter 10; steering clear of spam complaints and Chapter 13; Reports, the most helpful.
