Deborah Grace-Staley has written a lovely hometown romance sure to bring a smile to your face and have your stomach growling for Southern food. Josie and Cole are from different sides of the tracks of Angel Ridge, TN, but if the legendary Angel of the town has its way they'll still fall in love. I adored the secondary characters like Dixie Ferguson who runs the local diner, and Miss Estelee. But the sweet romance appeals to more than just readers who reside under the Mason-Dixon line. I recommend this book to anyone who longs for the slow pace of a small town and would love a handyman like Cole in their fantasy life.
