Excellent for all types of swimmers!,

This review is from: You Only Feel Wet When You're Out of the Water: Thoughts on Psychology and Competitive Swimming (Paperback)
This book is an excellent book that is easy to read. The essays in the book are fun and short. You can pick and choose to read what you want. I like to take pieces from this book and post them on my bulletin board and hand them out for my high school swimmers to read. I would recommend this not only to swimmers, but to other athletes as well.
