You can learn how to form a full personality work-up on someone from children and teens to adults. I did this on a complicated CEO I worked with and could NOT reach him without being cutdown or treated rudely. At first, I thought it was me. Then, after analyzing him using this book, I realized it was all him. Not to say that I'm perfect but he is the only person I had a problem with out of 75 people so it obviously was not me. Anyway, by using the step-by-step directions in this book, I learned what I thought was "wrong" with him and learned how to approach him because of them. We actually have NO problems now.
