5.0 out of 5 stars Astounding
The brilliance and sensitivity with which this book is written is simply astounding. Paul's ability to transcend through the ages while relating theories of the most revered philosophers to the most basic experiences of every day life creates a truly uplifting experience. Paul shows how it is possible to shed our false beliefs and return to the beings that God intended us...

My sister gave me this book and I could barely get through it. It's just a mash-up of old, ripped-off mantras that the author repeats over and over and over again. Don't waste your money on this awful piece of garbage. It's embarrassing. I'd actually give it minus stars if possible.

The brilliance and sensitivity with which this book is written is simply astounding. Paul's ability to transcend through the ages while relating theories of the most revered philosophers to the most basic experiences of every day life creates a truly uplifting experience. Paul shows how it is possible to shed our false beliefs and return to the beings that God intended us to be by following some very simple steps. Not only does he inspire the reader to embrace these principles in order to live a more spiritual and meaningful life, he also sheds light on our individual ability to use God's gifts of love, patience, and forgiveness to heal ourselves and to help strengthen the bonds of humanity.

3.0 out of 5 stars Sincere and Convincing, November 25, 2008
This review is from: If You Only Knew What You Already Know (Hardcover)
If You Only Knew What You Already Know by Paul Wedding is a book that reminds us of what deep in our hearts we already know to be true: about our real Self, who we are, why we are here in this life on earth, and how we can live happily while giving and receiving love. Paul spent much of his life as a salesman cheating people out of as much as he could with his gift for talking people into things. He spent some years in prison also. Then he had a life-changing personal encounter with God, which at first he thought he could reject. The book is one of the ways he turned his life around and began to help people understand that we were really born with this knowledge of how to live life to the fullest and happiest, but we forgot in trying to stay busy, achieve goals, get as many material things as we could, the standard by which the ego measures success. But life is simpler and happier if you trust your inner Being, as Paul explains

If You Only Knew What You Already Know

-by Paul Wedding

It's the title of Paul Wedding's book that caught my immediate attention, If You Only Knew What You Already Know.

I've been on a personal mission to find myself as so many of us are and I knew in an instant that I just had to read this book. I'm glad I did, it is absolutely life changing.

Paul Wedding's book encourages it's reader to self examine the choices we've made and understand that where we are now or where we have been can change for the better if we work on the problem from within ourselves.

If You Only Knew What You Already Know opened my eyes to the many "little" negatives I unawarely fed and never recognized until reading this books material.

I recommend that everyone read this spiritually lifting, emotionally moving masterpiece. It's message is one of never ending love and hope.

Mr. Wedding is living proof that anything is possible and life can be anything we choose it to be.

One that's happy, non-judgemental, spiritual, forgiving, understanding, grateful and loving.

Paul Wedding reminds us to love. What bad could possibly come from that.

I think that's exactly what this world needs, more love and more Paul Wedding's.
