Replacement Shell Kit for Nintendo DS Lite
We bought the Replacement Shell Kit for Nintendo DS Lite because my son's DS had been damaged at the hinge. This product is a very good replacement for the DS Lite Shell because they fit perfectly. I had to search Youtube for videos about how to do DS Lite Shell replacement and found one that gave detailed steps. The product arrived on time and the DS is as good as new.

Needs Quality Control
I marked it down to a three because I got two L bumpers. Luckily I was doing a replacement for an already black system so I had a R-bumper. I would have been really mad if I changing from a pink DSL to a black one.

THis is a cheap chinese imitation case, Badly constructed, very flemsy. THe werst is that it takes 3 hours to replace and if u r not absolutely careful your DS wont work. Wasted money. Even the oil from your fingers will harm the internal components.

The item is ok. looks very similar to the original one but it doesnt come with any manuals. You are on your own to replace the case. I went to youtue and good thing i found a guy who did the same thing and it was on detail. I should have given the guy 5 stars rather than this item. LOL!!
So noob's beware...make sure you know what you are doing before you buy this one. |
