i was a bit worried about this release how they would do it etc.well here we have dark lotus . i think its a very solid album. the 5 members they have in DL now are the best for this group. blaze is insane on this. icp and twiztid have gone up another level. i do like every song. i also like it better then other DL albums.its sucks you in like you cant get out of a cell. the beats have impressed me. buy this even if you dont know who they are you might like it.

Now I've been down since I was 16 I am 24 now.I am tired of people reviewing these albums and say how horrible every Psy. record is trash.I am going to tell you this.I love everything it they put out.Even thou it might take me awhile to get into it.The new Lotus is like that. The beats are eh.I dont like them. The lyrics are dark.Which is tight. The music doesnt hit or catch me.It is more of a chill album.I like it but it is something different which different is good for change.Like The Tempest this took me to get use to.I love the Tempest now.I give it 4 stars just based off the lyrics are tight.

Warcry of The Darkest Depths,
This review is from: Opaque Brotherhood (Audio CD)
This may be the deepest, darkest album ever put out by any artist. This is not a mix of fun, goofy or sexual tracks running alongside a foundation of Psychopathic shade. This is pure, wicked black. This is not to say that the album doesn't carry a positive message in places. It definitely does. While this album is something consisting completely of murky wonders, it is still empowering. The lyrics are thoughtful and perfectly executed. This is probably the closest Dark Lotus will ever come to attaining what the original vision is supposed to have been. You will find nothing like this on any other cd the music world has to offer. There are definitely those who won't understand it or simply won't appreciate how beautifully dark it is. But if you don't see yourself as someone who will fall into either of those categories, then buy this today.
