I purchased this book mainly because of my love for tennis. I was looking for a good book to read, and I got exactly what I was looking for in Open: An Autobiography. Andre Agassi goes through his lifelong battle with tennis and the battle of old age. As the reader, you are on the court with him through every point as he remembers specific details about his memorable matches. Also, he talks about his love life, childhood, and experience with drugs. Even if you are not a tennis fan, you need to pick this book up and read it. Andre Agassi will not let you put the book down with his vivid recollection of experiences in his life as you learn about the challenges of being a professional tennis player and celebrity.
