Clamp handle doesn't fit,

I just received this set in the mail today. It seems fairly nice, though it is smaller than I had expected.
The problem is that the clamp handle doesn't work...it doesn't fit onto the frying pan. It is useless--serious design problem here. I'm debating whether to just forget about the frying pan, or to try to call their 800 number. |
