Great book for first timers,
This review is from: Open Road's Best of Costa Rica, 1st Edition (Paperback)
This is the second book I am reading about costa rica in addition to tons of online information. Only after reading this book, I got a picture of what the must sees are and how they r organized around the country. The style is similar to the Revealed series for Hawaii in that the author has included candid comments of activites, places and attractions giving u an idea of what not to miss and what u could skip.
However neither the book nor the maps in the book are comprehensive. But still is a great book for first timers.
