This ultra-compact cutter slices the plastic wraping off of any size CD, DVD or Video Game. A small, ceramic blade won’t cut your finger but slices right through thin plastic wrap and cellophane. I ordered this as a "filler" item. Tried it on a few things but it didn't cut completely through the package and had to use something else to finish the job.

This product is not good. The blade hardly cuts at all. At best it just rips a few holes in the shrinkwrap. It does not slice it well at all.
