Great for Beginners,

I took up scuba diving last year, and obtained my PADI certification. The course was a blast and I found that I loved diving. But I trudged through the training manual, and came away feeling like I needed to learn more. This is a great, cheap, calm way to learn the essentials before and between dives. There's something very powerful about simply popping a video into the VCR and learning the material vicariously.
