This is another of Ponder's classics. It is divided into Part 1: Basic Methods for Demonstrating Prosperity and Part 2: Other Ways of Demonstrating Prosperity. I suppose by now nothing is new as many other metaphysical writers have explained these same techniques, but Ponder has a uniquely inspired style and her writings have the capacity for immediately lifting one up out of despondency. I especially loved the following thought from Chapter 9: "There are those people who read self-help books and take numerous success courses, who get the idea that mind power is all there is; that if they just use mind power sufficiently, everything will come their way ... the time usually comes, though, when they realize that [that] is not enough, and they begin to "spin their wheels" spiritually." I agree with her that practicing the love concept will do more to help one achieve your goals than all the hard mental effort in the world. There is one thing I do not agree with, and that is the dogmatic concept of "tithing" since this idea has been very much abused by organised religion. I do not believe that giving should be prescribed in percentages and here I concur with other great metaphysicians like Dr Joseph Murphy that exact percentages are less important than the spirit of giving. Perhaps the best chapter in this book is the explanation of "divine restoration" which, if practiced, will help more people than all the anti-depressant medication in the world. I salute Catherine Ponder as one of the greatest writers of the 20th century, and may her work continue to help and inspire as many people as possible to experience abundance and fulfilment in their lives.

I'm mistrustful of conventional religion, and biblical stories seem fraught with woman-hating messages to me -- so at first I had trouble accepting Ponder's Christian-based teachings. But she got my attention when she told her own story: she was a single mother in the 1950s, divorced, working as a secretary and living in a one-room apartment when she discovered these teachings. She describes how her life was completely transformed. She's really lived these teachings and embodied them in her own life. This impressed me with how these teachings can especially help women who may have blocks about generating their own wealth. Every time I work with the tools in this book my life changes for the better in remarkable ways -- new opportunities come up, doors open that I never even knew were there -- and I heal up from old mistakes. Thank you Catherine Ponder for your courage, genius, and inspiration.

This book is all about the power of positive thinking with God as the center of your daily activities. Catherine Ponder outlines simple, effective, proven means by which we can effect positive change in our lives. She discusses the power available to humans and gives the roadmap for achieving prosperity at all levels. Combining the power of God with the gifts He has given each of us, we are able to make the most of ourselves personally, professionally, financially, emotionally and spiritually. Anyone can benefit from this book.

Catherine Ponder's books are wonderful, inspiring, and amazing! I highly recommend reading "Open Your Mind to Prosperity" and "Open Your Mind to Receive." Three years ago I read both of these books and followed her ideas of envisioning, praying, and tithing - and my life has changed dramatically! Since, then I have met the man of my dreams and we are getting married next year. I received the car that I've wanted, finished college, quit smoking, and lost weight! Catherine Ponder truely opened my eyes to the Divine Wisdom of God!

I have read this book about 5-6 times. Each time I read it I get a job offer or some kind of unexpected wealth. I have used the techniques in her book and they always work.

If you have any type of religious training that caused you to believe that "wealth is bad", Ponder is the author to read. She shows you exactly why prosperity is spiritual and natural.

She uses many stories both about herself and her readers that are inspiring and down to earth. I always felt comforted by this book. It has helped me to break down my walls of resistance to financial good.

One of the first questions asked in this book is, "What are your blessings?" And I was so surprized to realize that that question stumbled me. I had not, until reading this book, claimed my blessings. And that is why I had not reached the prosperity that God has been holding for me.

Although I just read this book, I am already experiencing monumental enhancements in my life.

And I must also say that for the first time, I am convinced that tithing is important, for all of us. It took me a few seconds to digest the importance of this, while reading "Open Your Mind to Prosperity." I had spent my life saying, "no way am I going to give away money to any church. They take away enough, during the service!."

Happily, my attitude has evolved on this subject, and on the subject of money consciousness.

Read this book to be at peace with your life's journey. And know that everything that has happened to you is what was meant to be.

In reading this book, you have the opportunity to restore what you believe that you have loss --- into immeasurable gains.

Do everything in this book. And even if something seems odd, or something that you believe won't work, try it anyway. I have, and I have reaped the benefits, of this small investment.

I have read Ponders' books for over ten years now and each time i open any book it is for a reason of my own self lacking. When i read the pages, i am suddenly amazed at how quickly my life changes for the better. It brings me prosperity and luck. I realize love and hope. It is for me the book of miracles that will stay with me and inside of me for as long as i shall live on earth. It will continue to replenish my spirit limitlessly. This is trully a book to read. I really enjoyed reading this book and utilizing its' key concepts. It emphasizes spiritual techniques and having faith in God to provide for your every need, and gives practical suggestions on how to incorporate this into your daily life. The author presents heartfelt examples from her own life, and those around her, which demonstrate the power of faith, prayer, visualizationa, affirmations, and decrees. She also does a fabulous job of dispelling the myth that poverty is a virtue, and outlines why this is an erroneous belief. If more people would practice the concepts outlined in the book, the world would be a much richer place in mind and spirit!

Great Book! I have all of Catherine POnder's books and love them all. Dynamic Laws of Prosperity is my favorite, but this one is another hit. I'm reading it agan right now. I can't say enough about how these books have not only changed my life, but it has done amazing things for my family and friends as well. Every day I hear new and wonderful ways it;s working in my friends and families lives. This book, and faith is all you need to get you the life you've always wanted.

This book opens your mind to believe in prosperity. This book will change your way of thinking.
