I haven't used this MP3 purchase for very long so I am not sure yet of the total effect on the 3rd eye or aina chakra. There is no ambient music. I find it interesting, but not relaxing in a way that would make me recommend it for meditation. Too bad there isn't a sample. I would describe the sound as electronic ringing, vibration or buzzing. I don't find it unpleasant, but since there is no ambient music some may find it boring or monotonous since there is no variety to the sound. It adds a different dimension and alternative sound to my collection. The inexpensive price makes it attractive for those wanting to try something different from the usual digital/ambient sound.

I've purchased several of these recordings from the same company but still find it strange that there is NO INFORMATION ANYWHERE that I could find about who created them, what science is behind why and how they created them (if any)? Are we all just a bunch of suckers who believe that just because somebody says it's for "happiness", etc., that they really know what they're doing? I'm not buying another one until Amazon.com comes forward with the company that created tham and some more information. How do we know they don't have subliminal messages on them? Really kind of fishy, but I haven't developed any strange twitches since using them either (I don't think).... :-)

I had mixed thoughts about this as I read the reviews. I must say if you understand it is just a bunch of tones it is pretty good. I found my self a bit taken back at first but after a few minutes of relaxing and breathing with it playing, I began to feel centered and focused. As for letting me see into the nether regions...well that's still up in the air. Now I find listening to it as I fall asleep is relaxing.

Being fully aware of the existence of what many call the third eye, I anxiously looked forward to "trying this" out.
I put on my headphones and sat back to listen - I found the sound very relaxing, almost like floating in warm water (I hope that explanation makes sense to some).
I have listened to it while sleeping now for about 2 weeks, and just started to play it into my ear as I am holding simple Yoga positions and while meditating.
It is not possible to explain what goes on in ones own brain, as it might be to tell someone about the things we can do with our hands. I recommend this to anyone, who strives to be more in tune with the world around you, by improving your timing.
Don't listen while driving, but perhaps at the end of the day or while sleeping. Your subconscious will listen - your neurons will be wide awake.
If you are curious about the less known - go listen!
