After completing the relatively easy installation and checking out the opening graphics, I started a round of Opening Weekend: Varmint Season. Not really impressed. It shore ain't like killing them critters in the back forty! The graphics are ok, but the game is slow. Impatient players can read the manual for increased speed. I can't figure out which is worse, the sloth-like standard speed or the cheat which enables players to unfairly "creep" up on prey. There's not much here in the way of challenges. Pretty much a sleeper.
