Great arias, but when is "new"?, December 14, 2007

The fine print reveals that this 2007 compilation is of recordings from 2006 and 1991, which explains why a few of the performers don't seem particularly new today. But that's just a quibble. The artists, in great variety, their performances, and the selections, from classic, bel canto, and romantic opera, are excellent.
