Not all of the singers are 'New Generation' but this disc is the better for that! The tracks are a good cross section of the well known duets and is a nice introduction to the newcomers to the operatic stage, as well as some established favourites. As I am an Anna Netrebko and Rolando Villazon fan, I would buy this disc just for their contributions,they did not disappoint.

There is a variety of modern opera singers for the opera buff and casual listener. From Rolando Villazon to Natalie Dessnay, it is a musical treat and crosses a sprectrum of the great operas. I enjoyed it very much.
