Excellent Business Advice
Practical advice based on solid experience, this book not only offers step-by-step advice on how to set up a portrait photography studio, but is also loaded with tips on how to market the business. Mr. Giolas' advice on how to promote one's product would be useful to any small business owner - not just photographers.

out of date book
This book is very out of date. The author has been in business for a number of years and sounds like he needs to update the way he does things. Pictures are very boring and stale.

Excellent source for a prospective new studio owner,

I took this book out of the library, but had to purchase my own copy. It is an excellent source for all the basic things to think about when trying to open your own studio. I highly recommend.
