Older gamers; or Seniors new to video gaming are brought up to read and follow written instructions. This is my case. I needed a little more background to fully enjoy, and "get my head around" the game to play it. The interview with the game designer was also helpful in that regard, to understand the intent that this was the first part of a trilogy that was never capitalized. For young gamers who are used to just picking up the controller and going at it; this may not be as much help.
It was unusual to see Hilter as a character in a video game. Gave it some historical context. Authors and publishers did a good job of putting this one together.

This book goes above and beyond whats required of it. It could have stopped at being just a simple walkthrough guide. Instead this book adds a nice selection of artwork in the back coupled with a sort of "behind the scenes" look at the creation of the game. My only negative is that some of the hidden items in the game aren't laid out very well in the book. |
