A good introduction about Torch operation,
By Dalton C. Rocha (Fortaleza, CE, Brazil.) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Operation Torch: Anglo-American Invasion of North Africa (History of 2nd World War) (Paperback)
I read this good book, here in Brazil. This book is short, concise and has many photos. All photos and a few maps are black & white. This book is an introduction about Torch operation. If you want details about this operation; please choose another book. Failures of this good book are small. To example, this book doesn't shows nothing better to , americans or british , how to start a land war against Hitler and at the same time, this book criticizes the operation itself. |
