The "Bible" for Ophthalmic Technical Personnel,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Ophthalmic Assistant: A Guide for Ophthalmic Medical Personnel (Paperback)
I have been in the eye care profession for nineteen years. Over the years I have read and collected many professional books to continue my education, and expand my knowledge of the eye and it's function, . I refer to "The Ophthalmic Assistant" far more than any of the others books in my library. I use this book to prepare for lecture presentations, as well as hands on teaching and workshops for staff and students. It is the primary book I used to study for my C.O.A. and C.O.T. JCAHPO certifications.

I purchased this book for my office. I am certified in the ophthalmic field and would like to see all my technicians also certified. This book is a great place to start.

This is a very easy read as far as text books go. It was very helpful for my test. Good set up and excellent review section with each chapter.
