If you're a fan of Postal Service or any lo-fi electronica, or a bit partial to Kraftwerk or buzzy noises, this album is for you! Oppenheimer have perfected pop for the masses...Saturday Looks Bad and Breakfast in NYC are amazing! Check it out.

Great band even better live as others have said.
In honor of the late George Carlin, I will steal this quote "eventually their music will help put an end to war and poverty. It will align the planets and bring them into universal harmony. Allowing meaningful contact with all forms of life. From extra terrestrials to common household pets. And, it's excellent for dancing"

"Air-horn Solo",
This review is from: Oppenheimer (Audio CD)
Like many people i first found out about these guys when they opened for they might be giants in october. And they are absolutely incredible. The fact that it's just two people up there is insane. The only possible downside to this album is there is no air-horn sol (probably because people's ears will fall off) I can listen to their cd over and over and never get tired of it. I highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates music.

My one "complaint" - this version of "Ok, Let's Take This Outside" doesn't have the totally awesome airhorn solo. Otherwise, you need this album. It's the best garage-punk new-wave pop electronica EVAR.

I was fortunate enough to see this great twosome as a lead band for They Might Be Giants, touring in Charlotte. The only bad thing was they didn't get to play long enough. The music is definitely new age and it was fasinating what 2 guys, a guitar, drums and a synthesizer can do. Can' wait for their retun to the USA.

Very Good Album,

So last night I went to the They Might Be Giants concert in Ann Arbor (do I detect a trend here?) and these guys ended up opening for them. I don't normally like opening bands but these guys were different in that they were actually good. They have a style that seemed to compliment They Might Be Giants fairly well. I love the voice of the singer and if I didn't see the bald guy on stage, I could almost be convinced that it's the voice of a woman.
After the show, I picked up a copy of the CD and listened to it when I got home. I enjoyed the rest of the songs that they didn't play during the show. They sounded better live but the CD was pretty good. They were even kind enough to sign it for me.

This album is great, it's heavy bass and percusive elements are wonderful opposites to the singer's sweet lead vocals and the synthesized sounds and "Mr. Roboto" backup vocals. But it pales into comparison to their live act.
I saw them live, opening for They Might Be Giants in Asheville, NC. Their stage presence is phenomenal, and even when something breaks, they cover for it. Since they are heavily bassy, many of their songs really work better live then canned, unless you have a good stereo at home. I highly recommend looking at their schedule to find out if they are playing in a town near you.

I saw them open for They Might Be Giants in Nashville -- They were great! And at first I wasn't enthused to know there was an opening band, because we've got a 2 hour trip from home to get to Nashville to see TMBG, and, well, we're "old folks" now, relatively, and I was hoping TMBG would start playing early so we could get back home not too late...
But these guys were Awesome -- I'd go to see them again on their own if I had a chance. I am really glad TMBG paired up with them and gave us the chance to discover a great new band!

I bought this CD from a live show, I saw this band with They Might Be Giants. Every song is powerful and creative. Great music if you like postal service.
