Product Description

Program Highlights

-How to facilitate change rather than fight it.
-How to recognize opportunities for growth.
-Why your current customers may be holding you back.

Many of history’s greatest growth markets were created by a disruptive technology that enabled a larger population of less-skilled people to do things in a more convenient way—things previously done by expensive specialists in centralized settings. But these innovations are often met with resistance from organizations whose processes and values get in the way of succeeding. In this lecture, filmed at Stanford University, Dr. Christensen shows that in order to create new business in emerging markets, you need appropriate management of technological innovation and the ability to find new markets for new technologies.
