This is the only one that I have found that I can leave my contacts on until late at night and not get dry eyes. I have used others but by about 2 or 3 in the afternoon I felt like I needed to take my contacts out.

I've only been wearing contact for a 1.5 years now. When I first started out I tried two other brands of solutions and my contacts kept drying out. I was told by a friend that the contact lens solution does make a difference in how long your contacts remain comfortable. I didn't believe her at first and constantly had to re-wet my lenses and by the afternoon I couldn't wait to take them out.

I finally tried Opti-Free Express Multi-Purpose because it advertises on the bottle about long lasting comfort and I noticed the huge difference it made. My contacts are now constantly comfortable for me, and it's rare that I feel I need to use any re-wetting drops.

If you are experiencing dry, uncomfortable contacts try switching your contact solution, I did and I'm happier for it.

The Opti-Free Express has always done a good job cleaning/disinfecting my lenses and making them good to wear. The new Opti-free "Replenish" seems to make my lenses more irritating, eye-reddening, and itchy. Thus I'm sticking with the "Express", which is generally cheaper and easier on the eyes (though my optometrist claims that "replenish" is better at cleaning).

Before I bought this contact solution I was not loyal to any one brand. I had tried many types of solutions and I would always end up taking my contacts out around 7 pm because they were hurting my eyes so badly. Since I have been using Opti-Free, I have been amazed that I have been able to go long into the night before I have to take out my lenses. It is nice to be able to go to a late movie and not have to carry glasses in case my contacts hurt my eyes to badly. I have also noticed a difference when I put in my contacts in the morning. Before I would have to rinse off the contacts after they had soaked all night because debris would still be on them. I am actually waiting after I put my contacts in for the usual grittiness. I will be purchasing from Amazon again because of the quality of the product and the price.

I've been using contacts for about 5 years now, and I have used Opti Free for about 3 years. In the two years, I took a brief detour and experimented with a few other brands which I found to be sub-par. However, when I came back to Opti Free, I found that they have entirely changed the way the caps are made. Instead of a tight, useful lid that closes and opens nicely, this new version has one that you often have to use both hands to open. This is troubling since I am used to having my contact in on hand and then opening this solution in another. Price-wise this product isn't too bad. Please fix the design! 3 stars.

The solution itself deserves 5 stars.

The way the bottles are designed deserves 2 stars. The bottle lids don't stay open all the way and sometimes go back to a "half-closed" position, so that when I'm trying to squirt some solution out, half of it ends up in the lid. I end up having to put the bottle down (with the other hand holding my lens) and reopening the lid all the way. It happens maybe once every ten times, but it is annoying as you end up wasting a lot of solution and time.

Bought this product as a replacement for the same product, since I had used up the old product. The contact solution arrived quickly and as expected, but the expiration date of the new product is 8 months from now. The expiration date of the contact solution I am replacing is 13 months from now and I have already had it for a few months.

My eyes have trouble with contacts due to a slight astigmatism and being employed to stare at a computer screen, but I would say that this has more staying power than the last brand I tried.

This is the solution to buy. You can wear your contacts much longer through the day and night without your eyes hurting, even go to a movie at night. Mornings are better too. You can put in your contacts without rinsing them. I have used many types of contact lens solutions over the years, but now I am loyal to this one.

My optometrist recommended this and Aquify, and having used several brands, I found Opti-Free to be the best. I've used it several years with no problems. It seems to clean my contacts effectively, and leaves them feeling very moist. That seems weird to say, but I have noticed the difference between this and others, as my contacts retain moisture and are more comfortable after using this.

While I like this and it works very well, I like the Opti-Free Replenish even better. My eyes feel more comfortable using that.
