5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant! Optimal thinking is superior to positive thinking, November 2, 1997
By A Customer
This review is from: Optimal Thinking: The next step past positive thinking Video [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This video explains why positive thinking is extremely dangerous. Optimal Thinking is clearly the ultimate insurance policy against wishful thinking (and other shortfalls of positive thinking). It provides the simplest mental tool to stop us from settling for second best. It gives us the best chance of having everything we want! END

5.0 out of 5 stars Optimal Thinking is the successor to positive thinking, January 30, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: Optimal Thinking: The next step past positive thinking Video [VHS] (VHS Tape)
In this video, Dr. Glickman describes the shortcomings of positive thinking and how to overcome them. Among them, she addresses the issues of wishful thinking, and the sense of incompletion we experience when we use suboptimal positive thinking. She shows us how to "Choose the best, then put any issue to rest!"

She explains how to use this simple, realistic form of thinking to be our best and minimize unwanted behaviors -- regardless of our circumstances.

Optimal Thinking is the fail-safe mental tool we all use to make the most of our lives. Thank you Dr. Glickman for showing me how to use it in every area of my life.
