I also had great customer response by the seller. They are very knowledgeable and helpful on their products.
I purchased a kit a few years ago (from this same seller) with the older style trays and decided to try the new thermoforming trays. I highly recommend them. They are comfortable and easy to use. The "trick" with them is that you need to suck them a bit so that they sit tightly around your teeth. Then you're set.
To form fit the older trays, you need to heat them in very warm water then mold around your teeth. I had a hard time getting it just right, I either had the water too hot and the trays folded over or too cold and they didn't form all that well. There's definitely an art to them. But the thermoforming trays eliminate that.
The gel is the same as what the dentists use. It's the industry standard. You are definitely choosing value when you purchase this kit.

Noticeable difference after only 4 uses! A little sensitivity after the 4th use, but not too bad. Bought this for my son and he says - follow the directions and you can't go wrong! Don't forget to use the remineralization gel every week! Very important! He hasn't had time to use the product for about a week and a half, and his teeth are still very white! He is very happy with the results!
