Iodine is essential for a number of functions, but most notably thyroid health. However, a lot of folks don't realize that fibrocystic tissue is also affected by iodine, and can potentially lead to breast cancer. Most doctors don't believe that, but after seeing fibrocystic tissue disappear after taking this product for two months, I'm not going to be without it. Iodoral is the most absorbable form of iodine, and an easy to take caplet.
