I sure do wish someone else had reviewed this book before I ordered one. I have never given a rating like this, but I just hated the book. Examples of recipes are: stuffed sardines italian style, grapefruit and sprouted seed cocktail, grilled carrots and tofu cakes... I could not find a single recipe that I would use. I have a very healthy diet and cook things like squash soup and experiment with vegetarian dishes... but this book just was not for me and not at all what I was expecting.
