Does what it says, flavorless, although slightly hard to dissolve.

First off, it's not fiber. It's FITNESS FIBER!!
Ok, maybe that doesn't mean anything. It is simply water soluble fiber, but branded differently by this brand. But it is in fact flavorless and dissolves in water. I've used it for a while (directions say to only use 1 tsp at a time, so it ends up lasting a while) and it seems to do it's job. The price was right, so I decided to pick it up. My only complaint, and reason for only giving 3 stars is it tends to easily clump up in the water. I might have just not noticed in the past with Benefiber, etc. but I don't remember them doing that. It's kind of hard to get fully dissolved in the water, as you put the teaspoon amount in it clumps almost instantly into a ball, and unless you stir-or shake a bottle-vigorously that ball will be there for a while. This means your either going to drink a flavorless ball of fiber at the end of your glass, or that ball will stick to the glass and you never actually got the fiber you wanted. For me, this isn't a deal breaker–I just have to shake harder and pour the fiber in slower—but it's a slight complaint you might not enjoy. Besides that it seems to do exactly what you would like it too.
