Well Balanced Multivitamin, recommended!,

If your looking for a well-balanced vitamin that contains a sufficient amount of each nutrient needed for optimal functioning, optimum has always had very high standards for their supplements and their multivitamins are no different. As a guy in his mid-40's it's just about a necessity for me to supplement some type of multivitamin (as so suggested, strongly suggested by my wife).I've tried "cheaper" brands and more expensive one's but have always ended up purchasing this product again. Another supplement that I've only recently discovered and as a result of it's positive effects on my health, focus, and overall functioning as a human being, I feel compelled to share my experiences with it also. I started taking something called Oxiracetam, which I learned based on my research is called a nootropic (smart) drug. It's as harmless as my multivitamins yet since taking it for last 3 1/2 weeks it has demonstrated an uncanny ability to improve my memory, concentration and cognition to superior levels. From what I've read it supposedly mimics the behavior of neurotransmitters in the brain causing increasingly optimal and higher levels of brain function and activity. I purchased it on amazon, (it appears amazon has anything one could ever want); 25 Grams Oxiracetam Bulk Powder 5 times stronger than Piracetam. I've been impressed with effects thus far, and that's saying it very lightly. Please note that this is not an endorsement for the supplier of this supplement, I've had little experience with the company that ships it. I have nothing negative or positive to say about them other than the one experience when I placed my order was a good one. My recommendation and endorsement is that of this smart drug that has apparently made me, well smarter. Do your own due diligence of course, everyone is different but for me, I've never felt better and to think they say it's all downhill after 40!

I took one dose and starting feeling nauseated and light-headed after a short time. Stopped taking immediately. After reading the label discovered that it contains Raw Oyster Concentrate. There is a warning on the label but none on the Amazon listing, and honestly I never thought to check for this - multivitamins don't normally have Shellfish ingredients in them! Lesson learned.

Opti-Men is awesome. I am a proud member of the "Alien Pee" club, lol!!! In all seriousness, this product does deliver. I do endorse the use of only TWO tabs per day. It is more than enough even for me (6'3'' 430lb and getting smaller). Try the 90 cap first if you must but for a few dollars more (bad movie reference) you can get the 180 tab bottle.
