I have been using this product for 4 weeks now after getting back to weight training for a little over two months. I purchased the fruit punch flavor and although I wouldn't call it "good tasting", it certainly isn't "bad". Anyone taking supplements shouldn't be expecting taste to be very good anyway. When taken 45 minutes before workout there is a very noticable difference in the workout. Energy stays high, stamina increases, and a really good and lasting pump. No jitters or crash post workout either. I would highly recommend this product. I have been using it in conjunction with a decent diet and ON's Gold Standard protein products. Ten pounds of mass added in four weeks. Great product at a good price. Remember to drink plenty of water.

I have noticed some gains in water weight that turns to lean muscle after a good workout does what it states, down side I can put this in the shaker and shake forever still powder in the button of the cup

Mostly dissolves, decent value, vile flavor,
By It doesn't taste very "Orange" flavor. The mixed drink is somewhat orange-colored, but it's just sickingly sweet with a nauseating acidic tang. It's a good value at about a dollar per serving, but I disliked the flavor too much to try it again. Creatine Monohydrate should be taken with simple carbohydrates, and this formula has 33g of sugar (mostly from dextrose). It also contains other widely-prescribed supplements like 1 gm L-Glutamine, and 0.5 gm each L-Valine and L-Isoleucine (BCAAs). |
