I haven't heard the CD yet, but a word about the fabulous Michal Korman:

A few years ago I was playing first bassoon in a student orchestra, and we performed Dvorak's cello concerto with Michal Korman as the soloist.
The first movement was beautiful. The cello was full of longing and its sound so warm and strong. I was so enthralled by her playing, that I was shaken out of a trance by the audience's ovation only to realize I hadn't played a single note in the second movement because I was so deeply engrossed in listening to her playing!

I am sure this CD will be a worthwhile purchase, with such a singular performer.

Very interesting recording with beautiful interpretations.
Great to see the achievements of these young prodigious talents.
Some pieces are a bit more difficult for the listener and demand a greater concentration.

I heard the Israeli Chamber Project live in Berkeley, Ca. They are truly amazing. They play with precision and passion and often chose pieces that one doesn't get to hear elsewhere. This album is definitely worth buying! Enjoy!
