This book has helped explain the complex functions that I use in Analytics, and that is exactly what I was looking for. Information is clear and well-written even for a person with lots of business experience but not as much Analytics experience. Best reference I have found to date.

The book explains a lot of reporting issues in a clear language and with examples. For me it was a helpfull addition to the reporting training I received from Oracle.

CRM On Demand Reporting can do some amazing things if you know how to use it.

Fortunately, Mike Lairson is the recognized expert in the field and shares his secrets in this book. I keep it on the desk next to my keyboard and find myself referring to it whenever I need to know what a function does, or how a particular layout tool works or really just anything about CRMOD reporting!

If you write reports for CRM On Demand, you need this book. It is a comprehensive reference guide peppered with great advice and tips.
