Basically this is a helpfile that was printed out on paper. We create these things all the time at work for our users. There is no insight on how to use the program just screen captures of the different screens in the program and a brief two to three sentence description of each button or tab or option. It's worth $5 maybe $8 at most, if you want to have a printed version of the helpfile. Not $30. I was extremely disappointed in this book and in Oracle Press for producing it.
