Works Great
This is the best product for cold sores i have used so far. it kind of numbs the area, it smells like vicks and its soothing. The best one by far though.

did little for me
This product did not seem to do much of anything for my cold sore. I actually found that after applying it to the area the blisters ended up spreading. I am not blaming the product for that but it shows that it certainly does not shorten the duration of the cold sore. I do think that it helped some with the pain but that is really the only positive thing i can say about...
