My front teeth were extremely sensitive to hot and cold. Walking outside in winter with cold air touching my teeth when I talked or smiled caused throbbing pain the whole night. Ice cream and hot tea would do the same. The application of this product is a nuisance (don't want to say "pain" because it doesn't hurt, just uncomfortable and tiresome). It has been a life saver and completely works for me. The more I use it, however, the longer the effects last; now I use it twice a year, and that's mostly preventative.

Note: it does not help with cracked teeth! I have one tooth (front molar) with micro-cracks, which is extremely sensitive to hold/cold/acid. AFAIK there's no fix or relief from cracks besides a cap.

I am soooo happy to find this here as all of my local stores stopped selling it.

My teeth are sensitive to cold and acids. I accidentally scrubbed a lot of the enamel off. I cannot even drink cold water. This product works great for me. I use a regular Q tip cotton swab, not the stupid hard thing they give you that doesn't absorb anything. Right before bed I dry my tooth and then I paint the entire tooth (I do all of mine), not just right below the gumline like they tell you. I save the rest of what isn't used (stand the tube up in a shot glass). The next night I repeat the process. This is not what the directions say, so it may not be right for everyone. It works for me though.

Was having a period of very high tooth sensitivity. Bought this product and it really helped a lot and gave me some relief. Good Product!

Did not make any difference, tried a second purchase, same result for me, no difference still sensitive to cold.

My sister had terribly sensitive teeth. She compared it to when you have your teeth whitened professionally and get the electric shock feelings through your teeth (I had that done too... never again)... It worked very well for her!

I ordered Orajel Tooth Desensitizer hoping that it would actually work. Followed the directions perfectly. Didn't make a bit of difference on my sensitive molar.

All I can say, is it works when nothing else does. We couldn't find it on store shelves anywhere. Good old Amazon came thru again.

The orajel came promptly and in good condition. It worked very well. This was the only way I could get it. The local stores did not carry it. I am very thankful for Amazon

I've been using this product for years. It helps using it before I get my teeth cleaned to alleviate the pain. I also have one very sensitive tooth that would require a root canal if it weren't for this product.

good product. it worked but my situation wasnt wat i thought. but it did work when i used it! i would recommend though
