Like many other people, I got only 1 when I was supposed to get 12. I complained and got some generic email in return telling me to return it. Uh. I don't think so. I then called their customer service department. I told the lady how it was completely wrong for them to send only 1 and to charge my credit card the full amount of $24.99. She was very nice and apologized.
People here is the deal. They try to get you to buy the 12 before it is in stock. I waited 6 weeks before I received the one pack. Then their supplier stops selling these to them. To try to cover Amazon's mistake, they send you 1 and thinking that you may not notice; charge your credit card for the full amount. I will never purchase anything else from Amazon that they don't have in stock. This was a huge mistake on their part.

So the end of the story goes like this. The very nice lady said she would refund my CC and she told me to keep the 1 pack. I haven't seen a refund as of yet. BAD AMAZON!
Not a good way to conduct business. A very good way to lose customers.

I found this floss very frustrating to use. It kept slipping out of my fingers and it was impossible to get a good grip on it. We normally use Crest Glide but for some reason my husband just bought Oral-b Satin instead. It is much harder to use than Glide and I did not feel like it cleaned as well either, even though it took twice as long! I'll stick with Crest Glide.
