I find this specialty toothbrush head very effective for cleaning at the base of teeth, especially crowns where the margins can trap food. I use the Power Tip brush as an essential component of my cleaning regimen because I have two adjoining implants. One must pay particular attention to cleaning around the implant post and thus under the implant "tooth." This brush is the best means I have found for performing this procedure. It has no metal, which could scratch the Titanium implant post, as do many spiral-wound brushes for cleaning between teeth. I have used this type of brush for two years and received raves from my dental hygienist about the way I have cleaned my implants and the gum line around my crowns.

This device works great for about 10-20 uses. The bristles break down quickly. Its better to use an old full size brushhead and cut the out ring of bristles. This works much better.

Excellent brush head for getting into all the tough areas between teeth, and giving a good gum massage at the same time.

My dentist is very impressed with my use of the Oral B Power Tip. He says my gums and teeth look great. At my 6 month tooth cleaning there was hardly any plaque.

This tip is excellent for accessing the areas that are difficult to reach due to the wire in braces. The tip lasts for a reasonable amount of time and needs to be replaced due to the color being no longer visible (the time at which the manufacturer advises to replace the head). Even though the color was gone, I kept using it for a while afterward (since I could not find the tip in local retail stores) and it was fine. I eventually replaced the tip when the bristles became bent - due to my shoving it under the braces wire. In summary, I believe this to be the best option for cleaning under brace wires - after all, my hygienist told me that my teeth were exceptionally clean in a rather surprised tone.

NOTE: This tip is not for cleaning your entire mouth: It is very small, and I anticipate it will wear out rather quickly.

I didn't realize that this was a much narrower head than the one that comes with the brush. It cleans well between teeth, but wears out quickly. I didn't like it.

This product was recommended by my dentist to help clean between my teeth. It is a great compliment to the regular tips that I have been using for quite some time now.

Wasn't able to find these in the store so was happy to purchase and get them in a timely fashion!

This brush head is great for getting close to the gums, it's also perfect for getting around crowns and braces.

I buy these every few months for my dad, who is unable to find them in the stores. He swears by this toothbrush kit!
