This toothbrush is awesome. Every oral hygenist visit in my history brought the suggestions to floss more and do more work on this area or that area. First visit after buying this toothbrush was met with "You've really been doing your homework"! Only thing I changed was I was using this brush.

This is the second Oral B Sonic S200 I've owned. The 1st lasted several years before the lithium Ion battery finally gave out and wouldn't hold a steady charge. Since this is an older model I elected to buy another now in case it is discontinued in the future. I've tried several other sonic toothbrushes including Phillips in the past but like the Oral B Sonic S 200 the best as it cleans much better than the other brands.

We have the full Sonic Complete (don't know it's full model #), which is wall-mountable and stores the brush heads. After 3-4 years, the battery doesn't always hold a full charge (enough to do the 2-minute brushing), so we ordered this model with the smaller base/charger. It doesn't have the "massage" feature we never used, and it seems more vigorous, but that may simply be because it's newer than the one we're phasing out. We use the new brush/motor in the old wall mount/charger and now have the more compact charger (which comes with this one) for travel use.

I debated about buying this for quite some time. There are newer models, but this one seemed to be tried and true. I have not been disappointed. This is my first sonic toothbrush and I love it. It makes my teeth feel really clean. I have had no problems with it.

I love this product. It works perfectly for me and really feels like it cleans my teeth and gums. I like that it is easy to use and helps my dental care in a great way.

My dental office told me that this item is no longer being made but they still highly recommended it since the brushes will be available indefinitely at this time. I checked out the competition in sonic brushes and the reviews were very mixed which is why I leaned toward the Oral B Sonic Complete. It has no bells and whistles except a quiet beep every 30 seconds of the recommended brushing period. The beep reminds you to move the brush to another quarter of your mouth. This is the first electric brush I have ever owned and I am impressed with the cleaning power of the brush. It is very easy to clean the brush and handle, just rinse with water, dry and set back on the charging base. The blue charging light is a little bright for sleeping so I just close my bathroom door. And one other thing I liked which surprised me, this product is not made in China but in Germany. So you know it is well made.

Arrived promptly and never used, as advertised.

The sonicare brush is fabulous - way better than brushing with a "manual" toothbrush on your own. I highly recommend it.
