I just bought these to go on my Braun (Oral-B) Advance Power electronic base (fits great, by the way). It works great! The spinning head easily gets around all the brackets, and it only takes a minute or two to follow up with the tiny brushes on the other head that go in between the wires, replacing the usual little wire brushes you would use. My teeth feel much more clean than with a normal tooth brush.

Make sure you read, either on this site or another, which electronic toothbrush bases it will not go with! If you just got braces, you might want to wait a few days before using an electronic toothbrush, so as not to make your teeth more sore. I have had my braces 2 1/2 weeks, and it is causing no extra soreness.

Note: I also purchased the Waterpik Ultra Dental Water Jet. It also just takes another couple of minutes to clean between your teeth and to get anything you might have missed with the brush. My mouth feels much cleaner now!

The Ortho heads included with this work great. Their bristle arrangement works very well for cleaning teeth with braces without making a mess.

The power tips work great too. They're excellent for getting in between braces and for cleaning the parts of your teeth behind the wires.

These brushes are the same as the original ones which came with the ProfessionalCare SmartSeries electric toothbrush. My 10-year son has braces, and he is able to keep his teeth clean with these brushes (without my help). He always get great reports from the orthodontist.

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas and she loves it. She has braces and said it is very comfortable and cleans her teeth very good. Highly recommend it.

Although I haven't used this one yet (I just have it in case I need to replace the one that comes with my brush) but the one that came with the brush works wonders. It works as described and is quite good in keeping those brackets, wires and teeth clean.

If ever I will be needing another box, I'll definitely buy this again.

Works great if you have braces the normal brush for your regular cleaning and the power tip to clean hard to reach surface or between your gum!!! If you want a good but cheap price-wise consider using Oral-B Vitality Precision Clean Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush ;)

We purchased the Oral B Braces Care Esst. kit for my son whom recently got braces, we received the order quickly and in good condition. The outside package was slightly opened, but the contents were inside additional packaging that was unopened.

Actually, the item I received was not exactly what I ordered. I only received 3 Heads and NO Power Tips. I never called them on it, because I still need the Heads and it was a great price. Quick shipment too!! Was probably a mistake- it happens ~~~~~thanks

Just what the doctor ordered. I couldn't find it anywhere but Amazon. I ordered the brush and it was here almost overnight! My daughter is very happy. Thank you.

This is a great price for the special toothbrush tips I need for caring for my braces. Not only are they hard to find in retail stores but they're much more expensive there. I go through each tip every couple of months. They definately have helped minimize the calcium build-up on my brackets and the orthodontic aid doesn't have to use all her might to get them open to change my wired like she used to.
