This book is a great guide to oral history.
I also hope he writes a book about his own experiences in the U.S. Senate over the decades he has been capturing the histories of Senators and staff members.
We have used it with our parents and given copies to siblings and grandchildren, and learned the benefit following the passing of a loved one - priceless!
