MY PRECIOUS says:
I think it is 5 discs, plus maybe another one with special features, i am not sure. I am wondering since i already own and played the original Xbox version, will this be a worthy purchase again, regardless of the extra games included?

Funky Fish says:
Personally, I think it's worth it, considering it's not simply a direct port of HL2. They reworked the graphics completely. That, plus 4 more games for $60? Sounds like a steal to me.

Are you people stupid? It's one disk. It's been confirmed many times. Seriously what the hell. Half Life, Episode 1 and 2 use pretty much the same files and Team Fortress 2 and Portals still run under the source engine so if anything it MIGHT push on 2 disks, but no, it's confirmed to be ONE DISK.

Putts says:
Looking at the files installed on my computer, I've got about 2.8 gigs currently taken up between Half Life 2, Episode One, and Team Fortress 2 (and TF2 is half of that 2.8 gigs). The games don't run from a CD, it's all on the computer. So it's certainly not a stretch to put all five games on a single disc.

Counting HL2, Episode 1, TF2 beta, and preload for Ep2 and Portal, I get 13.8gb. I know a few of the GCF files will be mixed because HL2, Ep1 and Ep2/TF2/Portal use different engines on the PC, but on the Xbox 360 they'll all use the same engine. I'm sure they figured out how to squeeze it on one disk, if not, it'll be on two at most.

I'm with you. While the fact of it being one or possibly more discs is interesting getting all 4 games for just $60 blows my mind. I guess it's Valve's way of saying "sorry it took so long.."

No...not five discs. ONE! I have it. All 5 games are on one disc. It really is 3 games because it is Half Life 2 including Episodes One and Two all together...then there is Portal and Team Fortress 2. Previously on PC you would buy Half Life 2, and then later you could buy Episode One and then Episode Two, or just Half Life 2 on original Xbox.

He said "Xbox 360", so it's 1 disc, not five! Not even PC has five, it has four!
